A balance of wins and fails
Charming décor, friendly staff, and a prime location just steps from major attractions like the Duomo. Easy access from the airport tram made our arrival smooth. Great value for the money as well!
While the room provided ample space, street noise at night was notable.

The property was in the centre of the city. We had an enjoyable breakfast, truly enjoyed the meal with cakes and cappuccino, as for instance. Overall the staff was amicable and outstandingly accommodating.
Definitely, there was view missing, we were a little disappointed.

The street noise was just unbearable, with cafes and bars blaring until 2am. It's shocking the so-called soundproofed rooms did nothing. And let's not forget the struggling staff, I thought I could check in without any drama, but surprise, surprise their reception was practically invisible. Maybe I deserved a complimentary drink for my trouble but was sadly left disappointed.

Bathrooms cramped!!! Windows face into a shared corridor, compromising privacy!!! Décor feels outdated, with no thoughtful design touches!!! No amenities for coffee or tea preparation.

The location was amazing, great to explore Florence easily with our four teenagers. The hotel offered free umbrellas, which came in handy during unexpected rain. It was fantastic to have eateries and a laundromat right next door for quick meals and laundry.
My children wished for a more cute staff who could respond to our inquiries.

The central location made it easy to explore major sites by foot, freeing us from the hassle of transport. Maria provided a homely touch. Her kindness stood out. The room we were assigned lacked essential amenities, and the bathroom being located down the hall was less than ideal. The street noise during the night was a disturbance, affecting our sleep quality.

The location is perfect for exploring the Cathedral and the local markets. The rooms were large, clean, and nicely decorated. The breakfast included a sizable croissant and coffee. The lady in charge is super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth every penny!
